X1 starting help

I have a 2000 x1 that has been having a problem starting. I read that the starter relays often go bad so my question is this. Where the hell are the relays. Are they the two black blocks in the fuse panel. Thsi thing is driving me crazy and riding season is here. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, one is for the starter, the other is for the ignition.

Now I have to find out where to get them
