X1 Stumbles 3.5k and lower! Anyone Near Los Angeles / Ventura that can Re-Map Tune my X1??

Hello All!

I recently purchased an 99 X1 that stumbles in any gear after warmed up below 3.5k. I have a Bluetooth connector and I have already performed the TPS reset many times... Is there anyone that can remap my bike for a fee? Please let me know if you can and how much...or if you know anyone in my area. I am too gun shy to try it myself!

Im in San Diego, I could probably diagnose your problem.
any particular reason youre thinking it needs to be tuned, tuning is not for problem solving.
