XB oil question

Hey guys I've been running either Harley 20/50 or Mobil 1 in my bike for the last couple years. Only thing is I've been wondering about the gear oil question. Do you prefer to run gear oil in the primary or 20/50 oil? I've done both and can't tell a huge difference. Can anyone lemme know? I'm thinking of changing oil this week and am going to use Mobil 1 20w50 and possibly the Mobil 1 gear oil. IMPUT wanted

Also I use stock Buell oil filters if that matters

I use a stock buell oil filter and Mobil 1 20/50 in both holes. I've got 12k miles and no issues.

That's what I run too, just wondering if the Mobil 1 gear oil would run better than 20w50 in the primary..

20w50 Amsoil in both. Mobil 1 Ext. Performance filters.
