The signals are 03's, the swingarm is an 08' I belive, the mater is brand new, and the pulley is an 09', and it is just the rear pulley, you need the front and tensioner I belive for the full swap. I paid $90 for the pulley from buelsters, it's like new.

Just so you know the tensioner doesn't need to be swapped if you upgrade the pulleys. I have the upgraded setup but have the stock belt tensioner still [up]

Nice, good to know, it thought I read somewhere that it needed to be upgraded...hmm maybe I will just go with the conversion then.

how hard is it to put a ss swingarm on a s bike?

From the info I have gathered, you need the ss belt, and either the ss oil lines or custom braided lines, which run about $100, but they look sick, extremelow has the swap.
