Thats a front exit race exhaust...forget the name exactly but they can be bought.

Where can you buy the full fairings is what I wanna know?

Im not crazy about the fairings. It looks like it was home made by some back woods body man. The top edge does not match the lines of the frame. It looks so out of place. IMHO Each to his own though.[smirk]

Fair enough brother. Imho I like the fairings alot. True what you said about the top line of it tho...deff should follow the frame.

Hey if it followed the frame would u like it tuneport?

Makes it even more disguised as a sport bike, but they never know what him em hahaha.

Not a fan, I love the look of our motors.

I do like those turn signal-integrated mirrors though... anyone know what they're from?

fairings can be found at www.halspa.com and mirrors are from the 1125. they work fine on the xbs too. [cool]

Im not sure if I would take the fairings if the lines matched better or not. I agree with morehpforme. I like hte look of the motor. I also wonder about the sooling of the motor. Another thing to me is the fact that is tries to make it look like any other crotch rocket. The v-twin motor look does not. JMHO[smirk]

I can't believe I'm the first one to say this. Out of all the Buell riders here did nobody think that the fairing is cut like that to allow heat to escape as air is rushed in through the front of the fairing. If the top line matched the line of the frame where would all the heat go?

It needs to match the line and then have a vent or two in it for the heat to escape. IMHO I think it would look better with the vents and some sreen behind them.

I agree that it helps distinguish it as a sports bike, but why is that good? I think the unique look of our semi naked firebolts is SICK looking! By the way, the fearing could match the lines of the frame without closing everything off, it would just have to be off set. Either way, one of the issues with buells is hot pants, i feel like the fearing would just channel even more heat to your legs and you would cook.
