Good morning fellow Buellers, I have a question for the forum. I was recently involved in a wreck in which a young gal pulled out in front of me. Apart from being banged up and bruised, with a shoulder that just isn't what it once was, I'm ok. My bike however, was totaled. I believe I can get it back on the road, however, I'm in need of a new frame. My question is this, which years are a direct replacement for an 04' XB12R? I've been scouring the interwebs looking for some answers and I've not come up with much with the exception of folks who "think" an 06' frame will line up ok with my 04'. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thank you!!

I would also like to add that since the bike is totaled, I'm not terribly concerned about a clean title for the frame, but that would be nice. Beggars can't be choosers though.

I believe 03 04 05 are direct replacements, and the newer ones might have changes with the swingarm and the extra hole in the frame is gone after that but you can get the vented airbox and should be fine, someone correct me if I'm wrong please

Yep, all the same. The Buell XB is the core of the thing is the same. I rebuilt an entire bike out of parts from many XB's.
