XB12R over fueling

looking past my last post.....
the bike is running but when it does it is way to rich. so rich it want to flood out. looking at the plugs the rear cylinder looks OK (just happens that the one with the O2 bung. the front plug is bright white after only a few mins of running.

i am thinking maybe my timing is out (please read prier post to see why)
could be then O2 sensor.
could be the injectors are leaking.

any thoughts?

The spark plugs are often a good way to tell what's going on inside the engine. Too rich would cause the plugs to have black and sometimes fluffy looking deposits on them - similar to this:

That seems opposite of your condition, correct?

ya totally my bad i had that backwards
the plugs are white and the engine is running lean.

changed the plugs today and the motor still backfires into the throttle body and wants to stall out?

i have finally fixed the issue and the bike is running well.
