Hey guys this is my first post and I have a few questions so here it goes. A couple years ago I bought my 2004 Firebolt XB12R (red in color). The guy I got it from did not have the rear seat cowl. I've tried looking for one online but I can only seem to find plain white ones that you have to paint and are pretty pricey IMO. Does anyone know where I could get a rear seat cowl (red in color or a cheaper white one to paint) at a reasonable price? My second question is related to helmets. Does anyone know if they make Buell helmets anymore and where I could get one? Otherwise I'm looking into getting the street helmets that harley makes which are pretty cool. Lastly does anyone listen to music and drive? Dont get me wrong I absolutely love listening to my bike roar but has anyone tried installing a radio or are they a certain type of headphones that work well in your helmet while riding?

Thanks and Ride or Die!!!

im not sure if you can find a red seat cowl since most are black or white. other ebay im not sure where you find one. could try the dearlship or some one on here my have one. check the parts for sale thread. as for helmets, i dont belive they make buell helmets any more. you could paint one up to look like the original.but when it come to helmets do your reach. hd my not have the best one at there prices. i like speed and strength. i prefer soft ear phone like skull candy. i belive i have logitec. the seat well but may need adjusting after you put your lid on. ive tried my oakley thumps, sunglass with built in mp3 player, but those were way to uncomfortable.

Can't help ya with the other stuff but the Klipsch S4 earbuds work well on the bike. They block outside noise so you gotta watch how loud you turn it up, otherwise you can't hear the world around you. And they sound excellent.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Heres an Image of her by the way :)

Im looking to get a carbon fiber cowl and would think about selling my red one. I also have a medium Buell Black and silver helmet, wore it once to drive the bike home and never touched again.
