Yeah to add the clipons the stock triple tree was just cut.

Main changes i've made are to the brakes - I have been going through a set of EBC pads a day and overheating the Buell race disk so fitted a vented front fender + new aftermarket race disk. (already had upgraded to 8 pot caliper)

The monocoque seat unit reduces weight (remove stock subframe etc), and raises the seat height plus with lower bars gives more of a race position.

I was losing the rear in fast corners so have fitted AST adjustable height rear shock.

What did you do with the old steel bars from your stock top triple? I'm looking for a set of those.

The bike looks great. I really like the tail! Did you have a custom subframe made?

@upthemaiden: keeping the steel bars for spares. Subframe comes with the monocoque unit.

@onelogue: Belly pan is from ilmberger

@chedda5000: Front fender from flexi-glass.com

The guys at twin motorcycles (twinmotorcycles.nl) sourced the parts and performed the work.

Nice! Very nice. Were did you get the one piece airbox and tail section or did you make it?

Are you selling your old parts or r they gone already?

Hey Jobe. I have sold a bunch of stuff through ebay. I still have the original mirrors, both seats, rear subframe, turn signals, headlight assembly, airbox cover (black). Open to offers if anyone needs any of this.

mate... freaking awesome! look forward to hearing how it stands up and goes with a good regular flogging! [up]
