XB12S vs XB12Scg

Hi, I was wondering if somebody can give me some info. on the differences between the XB12S and XB12Scg.

I know the "cg" means "center of gravity" because it's supposed to be lower but I was wondering if somebody could give me the technical details on how it is lower and the performance difference between the 2.
