xb12Ss tail on other XB's

is there a xb that the long tail will bolt up to [confused]

i did a search and it looks like everybody goes from the long to the short.

Yeah... Short to long would be odd especially with the short swing arm.

the reason im asking is because if it needs to be modified i will just sell all my parts to somebody who wants to do these mods

I was looking for such set up photos(Ss Subframe/Seat - Tail on the S frame) too many time but no success. Suddenly I saw that but unfortunately I do not remember where I saw this pics (on BadWetherBikers or Bulletinboard). Sorry have no link for that thread.
However I got a couple of pics showing that Idea.

As for me it looks really not bad

I do not know if there are some difficult modifications needed but if i remember correctly the distance between upper and lower subframe side rails mounting points is different on S and Ss versions. Ss has bigger gap between upper and Lower (bolt) mounting ears/hinges.

If I remember right that thread (pics are from) waas devoted to solo headlight and front fairing/windscreen mod and there were too few told about S to Ss tail swap.
