XB12XP Ulysses police

Hi

New member here, I am currently running a Harley Davidson MT350 for commuting to work and back and need something a bit bigger. I have just been in HarleyWorld in Chesterfield and they had a 2008 (Registered Jan 2009) "XB12XP Ulysses Police" model for sale with only 4962 miles on the clock.

It was at an offer price with 5000k service, New Rear Tyre, 2 years Warranty 12 Months Tax & MOT.

I have never ridden one before but it looked awsome so I bought it, have I done the right thing for a commuter and are Parts still available.

Also do you have meets etc.

many happy owners there, along with me. My only problems have occurred after taking it to the dealer. Hit or miss.

We don't see that many police editions on here. They have generally the same parts as a Ulysses, SS, or 12x. Which are larger frame buells and generally used for long distance or bigger riders. Would be a great commuter bike in my opinion. Parts that are exlusive to the police bike are going to be hard to find but that's only cosmetic stuff. The rest of the stuff is pretty easy to get ahold of.
