yet another charging question

So my bike charges flawlessly for when started cold. But the second it gets up to temperature you can watch the voltage output plummit...even getting down to 11.7V at stops. It's had a fresh stator put in it (even though that doesnt mean anything because to my understanding a lot of them were bad out of the box.) and also the harness uprade. The stealer has had it for almost 2 weeks and says that cant find a thing wrong with it and cant figure it out. I went and picked it up the other day and sure as **** i didnt even make it home before the dumb thing acted up again. Any suggestions? The only thing i know that hasnt been done is the regulator.

Its not the stators that is bad out of the box, its just that they over heat and fry. check the VR, and harness upgrade relay

Relay has been replaced as well...sorry i forgot to mention that as well...is there a way to physically test the VR? any spec to go off of?
