This is the first time this dealer ship has done anything to wrong me. Had my buddy take my 9r to Gateway hd toget the clutches, and the cable replace and as I expected the carrier hub needed to be replaced no biggie. Well I was quoted 750 for parts and labor not bad in my book. I get the call today saying that the carrier hub is groved pretty good and the that final price is......

$1150 and to get it back by Monday I'll need to have the hub shipped on Saturday which is another $150.

I said wait 1300 you gotta be shitting me I was quoted 750 for all parts and labor. I can understand if it went up maybe $200 but $500 is a little over board. What gives?
He broke it down and for parts alone it was $850. And decided to it order everything with out saying a word to me about what was order. The only thing they order with out me knowing was the primary chain adjuster. So needless to say they aren't really going to like me when I pick up my bike on Monday. If they would have told me about it it wouldn't of been a big deal.

They suck, period. I just got a mail today from Cook County Dept. of Revenue that I didn't pay tax for a Blast! I bought for my girlfriend for Christmas. Go figure where I bought it... It's like less than $20 but still, why would they do such a stupid sh!t...

I talked to them when they got there and told the service manager that I want the clutch cable, the friction and steals replaced then he said sometime the carrier hub needs to be replace and I told him before you do anything besides the clutches and the cable call me. I need the bike by the 15th thanks.
That was the convo. And they didn't call me I had to call them. Once a day for three days to get them started on it and to figure out if I needed the carrier hub. Usually Gateway Harley is pretty good but this time they dropped the ball. I guess **** happens but I'm still not paying for what I didn't know they were doing and what I didn't say to do
