I know mobile1 vtwin 20w50 is a popular choice, but i accidentally bought it in synthetic, my bike has 600 miles on it can i use the oil, should i, and can it be used for the transmission also?

600 miles might be a little early for synthetic, but I don't think it should be too much of a problem.

Yes, will work wonderfully in both holes.

That IS what she said.

i usualy go with the screamin eagle synthetic it holds up great it hasnt given me any trouble at all and i am currently in afgahnistan and so my bike sites around allot but when my dad gets home he rides it andd finds no problem with it what so ever but i will see how it works out when i get home

I would wait till you put some miles on it,let it break in,before the synthetic goes in,5000 mile change would be my start..thats just my 2 cents..and just like everyones oil preference, there is lots of opinions on when to start with synthetic :)...still an awesome oil choice

According to both Mobil 1 and Amsoil, synthetic is fine for breaking in an engine. So no worries!
