I've DVR'd all the episodes but just started watching the show recently. It's pretty awesome. I just like anything motorcycle related but watching the show just now and the bike he's building is using a beringer rear hub. He references Buell, it's a caliper inside the rear disc.... Check out those hubs (and the show). Good stuff!!

I liked the one with Alonzo Bodden. He had laid down a Ducati 1098 and had a guy build it into a cafe/streetfighter look. I think its sexy as hell. If you come across the episode its pretty good and he has a nice collection of bikes behind him. I love how he says that because of that bike it makes him happy knowing he has a bike that Jay Leno doesnt have.

Yeah I been watching it since it started and man I like it! That Duc was awesome they did! They've done some cool stuff, they did a charity bike last year I would love to have!!!

I bought a Honda CB350F about three months ago that I have tore down to the frame. Going to keep it mostly original but add some bits that will make a bit more visually enticing. New bars and a smaller rear brake light. Man that thing is huge! That Duc is very sweet. Always liked smaller down to bare bones kinda bikes, but that Duc looks like a space machine!

I love the bikes with morden parts added like brakes wheels and have that vintage track look at the same time..its the same as Im doing to old muscle cars turning them into pro touring cars. the vintage only parts bikes are ok but would not want to ride one .
I wanted to build my own and was finding old cb hondas and 750 kawais cheap ,but sine the show everyone who has a old junk that doesnt run with no title says it a cafe racer and wants the same money as you can buy a finished bike for..or a mordern naked streetfighter. my dad has a 75 550four but wants to turn it into a chopper instead ...that sucks!
good show cool bikes, the best part is when they test each bike on a track at the end..not just a 20 mph straight line drive like occ.

Its a cool show, lots of great bikes. The Rockabilly thing is pretty cheesy though.

OOO, so thats how you do it. All I need is a street bike, strip down the fairing, single head lamp, mod the tail a bit, and wallah, perfect cafe racer.

i think its discovery hd, but i dont know if its still just that channel. i dont have hd channels so i cant watch it which i hate!! i get cafe racer magazine and my first job was working in a mostly vintage bike shop so im cafe racer obsessed. part of the reason why i love buells.

If you have Direct TV its on Velocity which used to be HDTV. Not sure what other stations its on.

Yeah on comcast it's Velocity as well. I equate it to our DIY Mods section. There are some really talented garage and barn builders out there. The period stuff can be a bit blech but there was a series of about four episodes that they did where a group of riders caféd a bike of one of their hang a rounds. They told her that they were moving her bike and it fell over but everyone in the shop even the customers were in on the gag. She ended up with a really nice custom Honda. Cool show and a nce departure from the chopper build offs.

Yep velocity..

Oh the old afn. I do not miss never ending "quit smoking commercials"!! Don't know what it's like now but back in my day they literally had like 4 different commercials and would play them over and over and over....
