it's 7 inches wide and don't think it will fit. height and thickness within specs but width would be a problem without some mods.

Ok I ordered one. will post a picture of it installed. 310 cc amps should spin this motor without hesitation.

Well it is in and it works. NO hesitation even when in gear. Look at the tray and compare to yours, you can see where I cut it off. Also trimmed the little frame knob where the seat sits on the right side. And trimmed the seat on the bottom. Now this should last awhile.
