Hello all, this is my first post and of course it is a call for help. I am a drag bike racer and had taken a few years off racing but I am back into it again. My choice was not to go as fast (for now) but to build a strong American made bike. I have raced a Sportster years ago but needed to go faster so I built several Kawasakis and they were fast, less expensive and very competative. Well I dodn't want a heavy and low HP Sportster so I got 2001 X1. It has a pipe and race ECM but no aftermartket intake. I know I saw a thread on how to make one but I can't find it again. If anyone can post the link to it I sure would appreciate it. BTW- I am in the phoenix area so if you have any parts to sell or expertise to share I am in need. Thanks, Eric

Actually I have seen this post but what I am looking for is the post that has making your own intake. The person has a parts list and instructions. It is about $25+ and i can't locate it. Sure would like to save some money so I can get a 2-step and shift light.
