Dash isn't working, and neither are the turn signals.

I just bought an 03 xb9r as my first bike. Super happy about it :) The tachometer and the speedometer, as well as well as the rest of the dash (odometer, etc,.) worked just fine, as well as turn signals. We rolled it into my van, I drove it home, and had quite a hard time getting it out of the van. Finally got it out after about 20 minutes. I rolled it into my garage, and went to turn it on. I must have jumped into first gear when I was having trouble getting it out of the car, so it lunged forward and stalled. So then I put it back into neutral, and turned it on. The tach, speed, and odo were completely lifeless, and the turn signals don't work now as well. The brake light is fine, the headlight and bright is fine, and everything else is fine. I'm not sure what exactly happened. Just looking for advice here, since this is my first bike, and I can't drive it anywhere to get it looked at due to my lack of a license. Any help would be great, thank you!

Chances are your break light works but your tail light doesn't. There's a 15amp fuse labeled "acc." Check that. Then find your short.

I believe the fuse Dustyxb is talking about powers all auxilary items, if thats the case then yes.

No. The short is causing the 7.5amp (not 15that like I said before sorry) fuse to blow. The fuse blowing is causing the gushes and everything else not to work.

Sorry im a smart ass.

So if it is a short, and in turn it blew some fuses, what do I have to do to get everything working again?

Find the short and fix it. Mine was my right rear blinker. Wires rubbed together so everytime I went to turn right the fuse blew.
