Well, she's back together and I got her to fire once but she died right away. I figured I had flooded her or something but I can't get it to go again.

Think I just need new plugs or any other ideas to what my problem could be?

ok got my two cents out of the way, haha, sorry couuldn't resist

you said you did some different pistons ya?

fuel pump's ok? injectors? coil pack? plug wires? reset static timing?

all were okay when I tore her down, I didn't reset the timing since I didn't change anything on the cam side this time.

hmmmm, gotta find out if youre not getting spark, or not gettin fuel, or both, then use process of elimination from there

I'm almost positive I fouled the plugs, simply because it fired once and killed itself. And I haven't changed the plugs the entire time I've had it.

I'm pretty sure it's because I don't have the tip over sensor secured to anything and the kickstand switch wire hasn't been connected to itself as a bypass yet.

Got her running, disabled the kickstand switch and took her for a spin. I'm pretty sure I tightened the clutch cable a little much, but I can easily fix that. And I need to disable the tip over sensor.

I'm glad you are getting it up and running. I was worried a bit when I read your title. But you must have meant "won't fire" not won't "turn over". LOL That would be really serious if your motor was locked up after a rebuild.
Almost time to get out and ride now[up]
be safe

I couldn't find 12 pistons for a decent price and the 9's up the compression to 12:1 for a bit more power.

I still have a few minor things that need to be done, like clutch adjustment and more precise tuning, but those shouldn't take too terribly long.
