I am preparing a set of spare parts for a trip to Vancouver island and British Columbia where Buell dealers (picture of smiley face) are few and far between.

My bike is an 08 Ulysses which has these recent maintenance items:
New drive belt
New continental Trail Attack tires
New rear wheel bearings
Recent oil change
New fork seals and fork oil
Brake fluid flush (pads are good)

Here is what I have accumulated so far:
Muffler strap - I ordered two from a marine supply place when mine broke
Spark Plugs
Throttle position sensor
Oxygen sensor
The stock ECU - mine has an IDS unit and Drummer exhaust
Set of fuses
flat tire plug kit
Bolt for the sidestand

Constructive inputs welcomed.

My philosophy on tools is to carry the obscure bits (torx bits, sockets, spare bolts) but depend on finding the larger heavier tools (1/2 drive socket) wrench if I need to do a repair.

A few spare relays. All 4 the same.
HD part # 31522-00............cross reference is Ford and Chrysler AC relays from 1992-2005

Sounds like an awesome trip!

Several items on your list are what I call 'Murphy' bits- if you have a spare, you won't need it!

Make sure you have at least two T27 drivers (not 'obscure' - they're everywhere!) in some form, and whatever tools you need to remove the front and rear wheels. On the side of a dirt road. In the rain. With fogged up glasses.

You forgot to add "In Idaho"...
