    Your first Buell sighting?

    The first time I saw a Buell was in Mason City, Iowa around 1995. I was at the snowmobile grass drags and there was a new yellow jacket pearl S2 there. I looked it over for a long time....beautiful color and carbon fiber bits.

    new buell m2 owner

    That generation (99-02) tuber has an electronic speedometer. There is a sensor on the engine that can go bad. I have read that some can be saved by unbolting the sensor and cleaning the accumulated gunk off the end of it. Be sure to pick up a manual for it if you haven't already.
