    As long as you keep up with the maint. these bikes will last a long time.... I know you asked about the 1203's, but my 06 xb9sx almost has 40k on it and still runs like a raped ape.. no leaks and just minor issues like the belt and voltage regulator going out.. nothing thats truly left me...

    What tires do you have?

    My pilot 2ct's lasted over 20k miles before getting to the point of replacement.. daily driver and twisty rides through the summers... best tires imo... I will stick with the pilots.. have the 3's on now and so far so good.

    Yea close to 20.. but if I were to try and finish the 5.5 years.. I think I would be worse off then jsut drinking a shit ton. But things are looking up as far as the railroad... better pay and better working environment. Need to find time to finish my custom see thru air box mod :))))

    Checked the battery voltage while running.. rev'd the hell outta it and didnt get above 14.8 if i remember right, will recheck stator when i get time... thanks guys

    Super nice Uslysses 25th anniversary edition with saddle bags and Buell GPS 3600 miles, super clean bike. I am helping a buddy sell it. He inherited it, I have rode it, it rides super nice... better then my lightning Any questions just shoot them here.

    Honestly you need to talk to onelogue, he's probably done the most research on this, he currently has the chain but is researching doing the belt and still having the 240 rear.

    Well to be honest... all the work is for myself. I wanted a clear airbox for a long time, and just needed some motivation to actually figure out how to do it. Still trying to figure out how i am gonna mod a couple or more forced air vents/hoods. So if any one has any ideas.. shoot them here...
