    Yeah, I just sold my Dean Adams pipe because I want to hear the voices of my future grandchildren. Great pipe, great top end just mind blowing decibles. Even with ear plugs I was deaf for an hour after a long ride.

    I know. It has always turned on after Les than 5 minutes in the past. I have let it idol for 10 minutes before riding just waiting for it. I don't want to be stranded someday soon. Could a 02 or head temp sensor be getting lazy? It is different than it has ever been.

    vibration on my buell handle bars are bad .

    These bikes do vibrate allot. It wouldn't hurt to give a good look at the two mounts. Front and rear isolaters. Take a pic of the front and if you can the rear. It's easy to see if the front is going out. I'm sure so.eone will chime in.

    Do a jumper wire on the diagnostic plug. More than likely the code is stored and you can get an idea of what's wrong. Could be anything. Mine did that when my VR and stator went. Cleaning all your grounds is just a good idea even if it's not the issue.

    I did this not to long ago. I never got the memo as a new BUELL owner. Once I did find out my manual was wrong I stopped torquing to the old spec. Nearly 2 years of oil changes later the plug just spun. TimeSert makes a good product.
