I live in the shenandoah valley here in Va, when are you coming thru? The weather now has been in the 90's this week. Sept. will probably be high 70-80 day and mid to low 60's night.

On my 04 xb12r with 3,000 miles I can get 50 to 55 mpg depending on how agressive I ride. I have noticed that riding posture makes a difference in rpms when at interstate speeds.

I found something called "ROX risers" that is supposed to work on Buells. Has anybody seen these or tried them? Sorry I don't know how to post a link, just search "ROX risers".

Just a word of thanks to all for the great info,tips,and tricks to really make these bikes come alive and be reliable. I love my 04 xb12r, mostly for the uniqueness and the head turns it gets.:)
