    I changed my voltage regulator this last fall and yes mine was charging like yours too. I can't remember if I was reading the voltage before or after the regulator but rev the engine and see if the voltage goes up with the rpm.

    Buell front wheel bearing replacement, with pics

    I just replaced mine it cost me 44.56 front and 48.62 rear. I got the parts from ASB and they were stamped made in Korea. Took me about 45 minutes to change out the front too.
