I live in Hannibal MO during the weekends and by Ft Leonard Wood during the week. I would be down for whatever, as long as its after April 8th and I get a full license again.

Also I own a Steakhouse in Hannibal with plenty of parking if anyone ever wants to meet or anything.

I live in Wentzville. I could not make the ride last year, but I hope to this year.

Crazy! I crossed paths with another buell today in opposite traffic on highway 141. I'm not used to seeing other buells. We both kinda did a doubletake! Lol

3rd Annual Columbia, MO Spring Meet

Hey guys so its that time of year again for the Third Annual Columbia, MO Spring Meet. This years meet will be held on May 19th, 2012 at Reactor Field parking lot right off of Providence. Last years meet had an attendance of 400+ cars/bikes with 107 degree weather, and an attendance of 250+ in 2010. This meet is open to ANY make/model of car, bike, truck, etc, from muscle to import, and pocket rocket to military vehicles (yes we have had both!). This year the University of Missouri was kind enough to let us use one of their parking lots with a capacity of 750+ spots. We will not be sponsoring a BBQ this year but are working on contracting a food vendor to come out. Also, there will be a cruise towards the end of the meet for everyone to enjoy.

-Just like any other meet I please ask that there be no burnouts, alcohol, etc because we are hoping to get this lot in the future!

-Feel free to copy/paste onto other forums!

April 7 is rapidly approaching. For me to get there it's a 2+ hour ride up 79. It's been a LONG time since I traveled that far north on that highway, I don't know the condition of the road between Ofallon and Hannibal so if anyone lives up that way, a good road report would be nice.

I'm thinking that if that's the place and the prices are reasonable, start early (9 am? 10?) and get there for lunch. Eat, digest, hang out a bit, then head back this way. That would make it a pretty long ride for some, but I'm thinking I might be game for it.

If anyone else has suggestions or somewhere they want to go, speak up asap.

Thats the day of my manlift training. You have to train annualy to operate a lift which is overkill since i have operated them since 84. The class is over by 1 so hopefully i can meet up next time.

I used to pick up women but that was before I got married. Was lookind forward to seeing one of your pipes in person to see how loud one is if someone was trying to be quiet such as leaving for work at 5:30AM.

Not sure what kind of buell you have but the RT-XB-1 that I just got isn't any loader then the race pipe at idle but once you give it the throttle its screams. So you could roll away from the house kinda quietly. But for the 1125's it a little loud at idle and crazy loud as soon as you touch the throttle
