    Just to update and close this thread incase someone finds this in the future with the same problem, mine was the ECM, and the ignition module. (both had to be replaced)

    Anyone have a spare bolt and maybe washer? I need one for the airbox, damn thing rolled away from me while wrenching on the bike and can't find it for the life of me. I know the part is CA0018.02A8, but don't want to pay 2x the cost of part for shipping if I dont need to.

    Tried ECMSPY and it wouldn't communicate with the bike. Working 40 hours a week, military, and trips to northern WI doesn't leave me much time to play with the bike. I finally just called a dealer and am gonna have them come pick it up. Wish I had more tools and time, but I think it's better...

    Replaced the sensor, wasn't the problem, now dropped 100$ just to replace a sensor that wasn't bad *(&^(*&(&*%)^(). Any ideas?

    I should be getting the part tonight when I get home, and plan on doing the work tonight or tomorrow, any tips, do I have to remove the head, and does the velocity stack get removed? Any help or pictures would be greatly appreciated! Hell, even wish me luck, I always seem to break something.
