In the last few days the bike has developed 4 oil leaks at the same time, which is really weird. Here is a pic:

Why would I suddenly get 4 oil leaks at the same time? What can I do to fix this? I don't think there are any 'O' rings that I can replace, and the connections are secure.

TYIA.

The one at the very right of the picture is where the return line braided section connects to the pipe. The 2nd from the right is the 90 degree shoulder that connects the pipe to the block.

i had the same issue with some and the manual says to put teflon tape on the fitting to get them to for tight and seal up. i guessing with all the vibration these motors will do that from time to time and they will need to be replaced. I'm about to do mine ill keep you informed on the details

Cheers icecold. I'll wait until I get my new swing next week and do a full pipe removal, clean and PTFE snug refit. Would be a waste to lost a load of oil right now ;)

I'm still concerned about the braid to pipe leak I have though. PTFE won't fix that.

Went ahead and did the PTFE fix on the feed line from pump to cooler, at the pump end. That is no longer leaking.

However the same line is still leaking at the junction of the braid and the pipe. What can be done to fix this, or is it a replacement? I called my local HD dealership and they quoted £78 for the new part, which is ridiculous.

See if you have any body local that custom makes "Hydraulic Lines", they might "Recrimp" the connection and not charge you anything
