04 xb12r rear brake prob

Well I did a rear brake job on my bike last nigt and the prob seems to be that instead of the pistin pinching the rotor, everytime I hit the pedal the caliper just moves. Maybe it is pinchin but just from having new pads its sliding on the bolts? Can someone please help

make sure the caliper mount bolts are tight. just a suggestion on something to check
