05 xb12 Clutch adjusting screw

Okay so i have been having some clutch problems. I adjust the clutch and it feels awesome and then after a while it begins to become unadjusted. pulled the ball and ramp out and the adjusting screw just flops around. it seems to me that it should be tight. If anybody has an opinion or suggestion on my problem please let me know Thanks Nathan
