05 xb9r low RPM Sputter

So i got my first buell and i love it when im over 4500 RPMs lol for some reason it doesnt wanna run very good under that. The throttle response is horrible from a stop. I looked up the ECMspy and you cant download it and i am a DIY guy so what to do now?

Get you an ECMSpy cable off Xoptiinside.com, Ebay, or a few of the members on here. Download the ECMSpy manual from the website. And here's a link to the Program download: ECMSpy Download

ECMspy.com seems to be working just fine for me. It has the 2.0 guide on there as well. Download the guide from ecmspy. Download the program from the link that Steven posted. +1 on the breather reroute it helped alot on my 06 xb9.
