Oh and the end result, but does anyone know where i can get the temp sensor cause ive been reading that no one carries them anymore?

These sensor can be found cheaper if you look hard enough, but American Sportbike is a website you should use often. The owner is Al a now personal friend of mine, great guy super knowledgable and passionate about the brand. My girl works at Harley and i still go through american sportbike to support him.

Do you have ecuspy to monitor what's going on when the problem happens? I'd monitor cold start enrichment, monitor of wants to stall while in open loop and is OK once closed loop starts to happen and you can also monitor the temp.

i dont have any of wires to scan the bike as of right now.

Nice bike. Looks like it bit off more tan it could chew before. Glad to see it all back together. What did it run you to the build yourself. Just interested to know the total cost and time it took yoyu.

get the cable to scan the bike and monitor whats going on when you try to start it. it took me a little while to figure out why my bike was running like crap and wanting to stall cause my o2 sensor was going into closed loop.... only i just had to keep the revs up for a little bit like you to get the o2 hot enough to start reading again. it didn't take long from that point to start to run pretty bad and then get spark knock etc.

it was pretty bad but after hooking up ecuspy and looking at everything again i couldn't get the o2 to go into closed loop again no matter what.

the cable and ecuspy is well worth the $40, sitting down and learning how to use it properly is worth even more.
