09 scg $4000 in hoston/tx

2009 xb12scg, bike has rebuilt title, i replaced plastics, handle bars and right foot peg, mileage is unknown bc guage cluster was lost, but bike still had paper dealer plates when i got it from insurance. changed all fluids and new plugs. has diesel moto fender eliminator. and dual headlight mod. asking $4000
