i wish i had not looked at this thread. i bought an 08 scg about a month ago and was just getting over my obsession with white plastics and was starting to settle with my hero blue.

until you ruined it...

soadnathan - hero blue owns white. all day long. if u hate it that much you can surely sell them on her in about 5 mins flat lol

maybe you have a thrust blue scg? yeah i punch my photos a bit.... but nonetheless...if you were tired of your hero blue stuff people would scoop them up in a heartbeat round these here parts lol

man that bike looks fabulous. i never liked any of the white ones til now. [up] F*ck selling it keep that sucker!

that bike does NOT look hero blue, the color is far more vivid.
I agree about that being more vivid, his photos make that hero blue "pop" ! I'm looking at my hero blue right now out in the sun and it's not that vivid looking.[confused]

Why change the prim gear? What does that do for the xb motor?
Straw

Some 12 guys like the lower gearing of the 9. Power wheelies made easy.

Good luck with the sale. Awesome looking bike!

The bike also has a black factory 2010 1125r gas filler cover.

I went with the xb9 primary gearing for a little more grunt. Great for red lights and city riding.:)

Bike is located in the Appleton, Wisconsin Area.

I really don't want to sell it but my wife and I are expecting our 2nd child this fall.

Maybe its the florida sun hahaha...then again I did say I doctored the pics a bit lol.

Told u someone would scoop your hero blue plastics...I'm one of em. Your wheels too please :)

Pshhhhh you need to show me which part of Florida you get the magic effect from because that doesn't happen up here in Jax :D

And I might appreciate the plastics more if I had the hero blue wheels. I know everyone wants them but how hard/expensive is it to color my black ones?

Is it difficult to replace the front blinkers?

I'm going for an integrated brake light/turn signal, but I would still love to put the 2010 blinkers up front.

ur right, it is the wheels that sets it off a bit.

OP...ur frame looks SUPER black...did you repaint? or is it a "photo lie" like mine?
