Good Times same thing here late at night but stoplight to stoplight.It was 1986 i was on a 1985 nighthawk S racing a Buick regal 6 turbo ---- Big fun!!!

fastest North American production car that year.

Stock 245 Hp, I had a Bill Ruggles cam added and a aftermarket chip in it, Sabrina ate everything else on the road with ease...
kinda wished I had scored one of the limited edition GNX's but I digress

More like 300 or so, the GNX probably had 340 +. GM under rated both of them for insurance purposes for sure.

Agreed, but the power to weight favors the bike on short tracks. looking at the British article you can see the GTR is more at home when it can get it legs going.
