What surprises will he bring us on the end of July?

Next link shows a list of patents. Very interresting!

Patented by Erik Buell.

Who dares to make a guess for the next (2010 models) modifications.....

As they did not move to new premises as announced, and the ongoing crisis, my guess is some minor optical modifications on the XB and Blasts.
And maybe one model less to prepare for a new model line with the 1125 engine.

Maybe some influence of MV Agusta?

What is your guess or wish list for the XB´s?

Development of the 1125R was funded by the XB bikes. Being how the 1125 bikes aren't selling nearly as well as they hoped, I doubt we'll see any changes this year at all. Maybe some green wheels and plastics is my only guess.

I was thinking the same thing today, If it were me I would expand the 1125 line for the twisties, stretch the lightning and put v-rod motor in it to compete with the B-king and the V-max type bikes, a pure drag bike. You dont need 4 bikes made for the same type of riding. Keep the Uly the same with the 1203 motor.

Eric said that the Vrod motor is 60lbs too heavy and he can't make up that 60lbs. Unless they lighten that motor, it's not going in a buell [sad]

Yes for a bike built for road racing and twisties but for a straight line bike the power to weight ratio is in the plus.
Not saying I think it would happen but I can dream.

bike dont have to be light to be exciting and fun to ride..make a longer bigger look alike buell with a vrod motor and it will be buells top seller all buells patterns dont add up to a hill of beans
