Why are you mutating a buell? I mean really? I know ill sound like a d-bag. But forward pegs? Fat tire? Just buy a vrod, or some other bike that fits those mods. A buell does not.

STUPID-FUNNY dude, just pull over and let me drive :D

when im done i'll need the buell for a few days too [up]

I've made a mess in me pants. First from that fairing on that Buell. Than the RX7???

A huge [up] from me!

The RX7 is just amazing, great job, when can we go for a ride? It looks very low to the ground, must be careful what roads you drive I bet.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I am pleased on how they have turned out.

I'm currently setting up a pro photo shoot for both the RX7 and the Buell. You'll likely see both in features in Big Name magazines this year. I'm working a few connections I have...

I personally think the cr headlight would look better. But you gots skills +1 for thinking outside the lines great job[up]

I must chime in again and reiterate that the bike is a work of art. And unique. Never have I seen, nor heard, of a wide rear tire mod that does not also employ an extended swing arm. You modified the swing arm, and could have included stretching it, and chose not to. I dig the fact that you kept the relative stock swingarm length / wheelbase, thus the overall stock appearance at first glance. Every wide rear tire kit that I have seen employs a swing arm longer than stock length. I love motorcycle drag racing, where extended swing arms are the norm, so I have no problem with the looks of a stretched swing arm. But our hats are off to you for choosing a unique and truly one-of-a-kind design. Not your cookie-cutter wide rear tire mod. Keep us posted where to find the published feature of this bike.

That's amazing. Nice work! It's a Buellcati.

A project like this always gets my creative juices going - bigger than my budget will allow, but it never hurts to dream.

I think powder coating the headers black would look better than stock.

Thanks guys.

Vtech and Nikmaslow: you hit the nail on the head: short, fat, dark, and bad. I wanted the buell enthusiast to be amazed at the level of modification while to the average joe it would look completely stock; stealthy. I live in the turns and a stretched or even SS/uly swingarm was out of question.
