What is it? It has some Buell cues but how? what ever it is I like it. Its kind of a mix between a Ducati and an 1125r

me thinks it's an 1125 with an entire plastics set. to me it just looks like all the other sportbikes out there.

Even if it is a buell I bet its not available. But if you know were One is I want to know.

didnt the company kinda go out of business in 2010?

I hope that isnt just a normal 1125 with a plastics kit, because I am going to be kicking myself for getting an xb instead of an 1125

All from ASB was telling me that there was a smaller displacement liquid cooled bike in the works. The this could be something the 2011 825R

"Alright boys, Buell sales are down and we need to do something about it so here's the plan. We're going to announce that we're closing up shop. We'll stay closed for 3 months during which we'll clear all of the new bikes off the showroom floor by having liquidation prices. We'll have to keep our employees quiet, so we'll give them healthy bonus's for acting sad depressed and not leaking info. THEN we'll start riding one of the new bikes around town. Let some viral pictures float around and continue building demand. When we re-open the doors, we'll have no more XB line and a brand new amazing looking liquid cooled line. Everyone will want one of these "Limited production Buells". That will save the company!"

wishful thinking, but that would be cool.

But the tail is way different! Have you seen inside the 1125R tail? It would be REALLY hard to relocated all of that stuff.

Im just being pessimistic, If I find out things like this bike were in the works when HD shut it down I will cry myself to sleep. So for now its a set of plastics being prototyped by sharkskins for the aftermarket. [confused]

Sick looking 1125, like the fact that it us custom even more. You can see the frame, swing arm, ZTL, and upper air cover which all indicate that it is just a custom kit.

Twas the barracuda, the next generation 1125 platform, supposedly a completly revamped design. From annony on another Buell board.
In the dumpster now.[sad]

Look closely at the front wheel you will see that it's got the spokes cut out. Not your std 1125 rim.

Sorry for such a big pic didnt realize it until it was to late for me to edit it.

Also wanted to add, I think Buell made a mistake by not going with that design if it was a prototype, much cleanen lines IMO.[up]

.

I'd like to see someone with an 1125R put a Sharkskinz Firebolt upper and lower on their bike and a race tail like in the above picture, it would probably look as sick or more than the UFO pic.
