3rd gear, 20mph, little to no power...

I can be in 3rd, running 20-25mph. The belt isn't abnormally loose. It just started happening the other day so I figured I'd let her cool and tried to ride today with the same results. Have had a v&h on it for the last month without rejetting from a supertrapp kerker pipe. No problems at all until this. I hope somebody can tell me what's going on.
edit: I should add that the power band is almost non existent too.

Why are you in 3rd?

If it's a stock blast it doesn't have much of a power band and probably won't if you're in 3rd going 20

Lol I see the confusion. I can run through 1st to 3rd, rpms sound mid range and I'm only hitting 20mph. Buddy said it could be a stretched clutch cable but that doesn't really make sense since it has no tension when I'm on the throttle. Not sure what's happened really. Went for a small burnout the other day but she rode fine after. Now she's acting up. 1st gear is only barely moving me along so I got it up to 3rd but I'm scared to go any higher incase this could've added to the problem.

That makes it sounds like your clutch cable is somehow too tight and not letting the gears completely engage.

Adjust your clutch, at the primary, per the manual.

You should not be running in 3rd gear at 20mph, you'll kill the crank bearings.

Jetlee you are the man. It took me a while to get around to it but that's what it was. Thought I was gonna have to replace the clutch entirely. Thank you bro
