Question about a female

Not going to bother reading all the replies, but why the childish texting. Just call her. She sounds like she wants to talk, not text.

The only time Ive ever really texted girlfriends, or my wife (girlfriends before married) was to see if they had time to talk or to ask a quick question. Asking a gf to vegas by text is lame, asking about relationship status by text is even worse.

Ok, here's the "step out of the forest" so you can "see the trees" comments.
1) it sounds like you want a long term relationship - maybe with this woman
2) having a long term relationship is the toughest thing I have ever done (and I'm a good guy that married a great woman) - most guys agree (or are divorced).
3) the relationship has to be based on something far beyond like, lust, happy as these are all fleeting - and will never bridge the potholes in life you run into
4) We're Catholic and take the whole Sacrament of Marriage concept to heart - or we wouldn't still be married
5) marriagebuilders.com is an amazing site/philosphy/plan for being married.
6) why not just date and have lots of fun!

It's a generational thing that is spreading up the age ladder. So much easier to ignore someone without actual vocal interaction.
