nope... its gna be plain. i was considering doing white decals... with black outline.. but now i think i would just rather people wonder what the fu*k it is... to the people that dont know, cuz it's def gna be an eyecatcher!

sooo, sorry everyone, wanted to get the plastics on a.s.a.p.. but i went to the shop today to get the quote for the clear bra, being that i want every friction point covered, basically every inch of the paint, its going to be $526.00 for a complete custom clear bra... thats not the problem, the problem is... after painting, if i ever have to take it off for any reason, its gta be fully cured or the paint may come of with the bra... its been 7 days... i have to wait twenty five t thirty. so itll be a couple more weeks before the pics of the install go up. got my free spirits modified belt tensioner today, my smoked integrated led taillight yest, and my smoked double bubble as well, might also do wheels before the three weeks is up, ill keep ya posted. thanks again

That imperfection will be completely hidden, everything looks amazing! We can wait for the finished pics...doing it right is way more important!

I agree with no decals, let them wonder. [cool] I did a shoot this week using my bike as a prop (it has no decals either), the model got really excited when she noticed the "Buell" on the gas cap...she rides and has wanted a blast for a long time.

I think a little pin striping would look good. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the sun light. Did you do anything to your frame or wheels??

miami, i would love to see the pics, the imperfection is a cluster on the upper fairing, not to mention another imperfection on the rock guard, as well as a pin head one on the fender, its what i get for letting a friend of mine rush while he was buffing and not putting parts in bubble wrap when they were done... whats done is done, and ill be airbrushing touchups tomorrow or sunday, its only stuff I WOULD notice, no one else unless they were looking, your right.. fortunately i wont even have the buell logo on the gas cap... so only people who know, and buellers will be able to tell

kenney, i was thinking of the pinstriping, but i would have had to have done it under the clear, or clear it again, if this wasnt a pearl paintjob, it probably would have happened, however, the pearl IS the detail, and i think that although i would have loved the pinstriping, this is a do it ourself project to say, "look what i did" and i CANNOT pinstripe... lol, the wheels i am working on, the frame is stock silver, im goint to keep my stock whites wheels as well as purchase some new ones and have some fun... i might even buy extra tires so i have two available sets... i tend to get bored with things easily, which is not a good thing, hard to keep money :D

thanks! when i took it to the decal shop for the estimate, the guy was all, "i LOVE this color! what is that?" and at work yesterday one of the guys in the shop that i dont particularly get along with was paintng his toolbox ina white pearl, so i think everyones diggin it:D

sooo, i didnt wna drive to work, so then i opted for making a "@ home spray booth" or (my bathroom, heater on, window open) lol, airbrush is badass, the perfect touch up tool[up]
