Hey guys, I picked up this exhaust from a guy locally who was trying to sell his whole bike. I got the header and muffler off of him and just finished getting it on the bike. I relocated the O2 sensor to the open hole on the rear cylinder header but it sticks out ridiculously far. I don't know what the exhaust is but it looks similar to a Dean Adams Designs one but I'm not sure. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone has had this exhaust or has any suggestion.

I was thinking I could get a filler bolt/part for the sensor hole and remove the O2 sensor completely? Please let me know what you guys think.

Looks like someone added those after the fact and did a god awful job welding them in, in a terrible place...it's supposed to look like this

In doing a quick search it's kind of a rare pipe you got there, a Beson race exhaust. I'm assuming someone welded those bungs in to do wideband tuning on individual cylinders.

Haha, yep it is certainly not quiet. I figured from the bad welding that both of those O2 sensors were after additions by someone else.

What is the recommendation for dealing with the sensor? I guess I can always take them back off and have them cleaned up by a welder?

Also as the muffler is square I just used some large metal hose clamps to hold it in place of the stock muffler.
