Aftermarket Tail Lights HELP

The tail light is integrated into the underside of the fairing. How can I get rid of this hole for my new tail light install? Need help fast!

helps if you post pics of what you have to work with, so we can understand what you want in the final product.

I have an integrated tag holder and lights. But that's the easy part the hard part is the the factory light is actually part of the under fairing. If you replace it it leave a giant hole. I'll post pictures when I get a chance though.
