Aftermarket Twist Throttle Assembly

I've been looking at replacing the stock plastic starter and kill switch, the problem is, its also the twist throttle.

Has anyone replaced the twist throttle and replaced it will a billet throttle or anything less "stock" looking? Looking for ideas and info, thanks. The buttons don't have to be and would prefer if they weren't connected to the twist throttle.
