on a cool note there is a white grease pen number of 12020 written on the inside of the frame i never noticed

Yep could try to extract it but often times they don't work. I'd drill it to close the size of the hole then run a tap through it.

But seriously after giving cooter a hard time. Should i just skip the extractor and go straight to drill and tap? Any suggestions? Anyone delt with this?

I've dealt with it plenty of times ... a small EZ out and a small drill bit should work ... the tap would be my next step if that fails ....

DO

NOT

USE

A

TORCH

That is a terrible terrible idea ... if it doesn't catch on freaking fire ... (yes fire ... hot) ... I would at least be worried about ruining my frame's paint ... just my 0.02 .....

Oh ..... well shit ..... man I thought that was posed as a serious suggestion for consideration ... lololol !!! ... Now I feel stupid for taking it seriously ... The only thing I guess I took in while skimming down the thread was "airbox bolt", "torch", and "apply heat to frame" ....... hahaha
