On my way home from work had a cager get into the turning lane going about 45 mph then after i had started to go by she decided apparently she didn't want taco bell. they swerved back into the lane without any warning I was faced with 3 choices biff and get hit by the pack of cars behind me and in the other lane, hit the brakes and pray I slowed in time and the car behind would as well, or let it rip. Luckily I picked let it rip pretty sure the woman driving **** her self when the jardine went by her window that was down and my bar end mirror nicked her passenger mirror.

i want taco bell!! glad to hear you are ok[up]. just a reminder to everyone(beating a dead horse)pay attention and keep your eyes open.

Glad ya didn't get hit. Always got to watch the stupid drivers around you. good idea to choose the let it rip idea over the other 2 choices. Btw I want taco bell now as well.

Glad you both made it out in one piece (you and your bike that is)

+1 on let her rip. its my go to for most choices mainly because I don't think a cager would stop in time to keep from rear ending and subsequently crushing my body. and tire tread just doesn't fit my facial features all to well.

how is your mirror?

lane splitters of some sort I hope.

My dad always used to say, "When in doubt, power out". I've done the "let her rip" method a thousand times at least. It's saved me every time. I make sure I give them the bird at the same time. Oh yeah? "Motorcyclists are ********?" No, stupid car, you're just an idiot that doesn't pay attention.

Yeah the mirror is a cheap amazon.com one but it moved enough that it didn't break just lost a rubber isolator for the glass I'll prolly super glue a piece of rubber in its place that I'll shape out of a car door stopper

I dunno about good riding it was all over before I really even new it. Just kinda hit the gas and held on without even thinking about it I'm blaming it on shear luck
