Still in GREAT shape, I just replaced a chain and everything looked good.

I do not know the life of a unit. I believe that the driver will have the greatest impact on this.

Been asked a couple times but im still at the starting line.

4. when looking for parts and buell is not listed what do I need to know in order to get the right stuff..

I dont know anything but would like to learn.

I hope this is useful...If you call, ask for Gary and let him know that John from San Diego gave you this information. He should be very helpful.

He has been my contact point from day one and should be able to assist you with your Buell.

They also sale the final drive in aluminum. They are the only source for this that will replace the 27 tooth OEM part. Baker sale's a 26 and 28, but we use a 27.

You will have to inquire about this part, because it is not advertised.
