Ok, so we live in a town home and I usually park my bike between our truck and car just so no dumbass hits it... so by now you should know how this story is going to end......the truck is a Dodge 2500 and it sits high....I jumped in it the other day and turned the wheel sharp and........yep, knocked her over!!!!!!! Broke the right peg, scratched a few things.....but all good.....

I have always been fortunate enough to have a garage for my bikes... if there wasnt room for both a car and my bikes, then the car got the shaft and sat out in the open.

Yea, the father in law has a huge shop.. he's a Harley guy....I keep it there most of the time....

Shes runable, I want to replace the lollipops anyway and I scratched up the mirror. The peg did break but I welded it back together at work. The header got smawhed a lil also.....

So you did good by taking safety precautions, you just didn't realize that you were the dumbass that your bike needed protection from. :D hahahaha sorry man

I've not tagged my own bike, but I came home from a trip one time, parked the bike in the garage, and jumped in the car to go get some dinner. I cut it sharp enough to miss the truck parked outside the garage...but not sharp enough to miss SWMBO's car that was parked in front of the truck (so I could put the bike in the garage). [mad]

Haha, it happens man! No worries! My gf jumped in her car one day not noticing my baby behind'r and knocked it over. She was all scared and worried I was going to be upset, but I just laughed at it. Better it happen in the driveway with nobody on it than on the highway!

It's the little things in life that humble us and cause us to realize how fortunate we truly are when we understand how bad it really could have been :D Good luck on the fix up! I'd try and help ya out with spare parts, but I sold all my spare stuff when I sold my XB for my Cr (up)
