After checking out the links on lighting in the "150+ helpfull links for buellers" I'm getting hooked on doing something different for headlights. I saw that xtreme had a setup similar to what i found here. I like the idea of changing the color of the rings and i just think they are overall cool! The dimensions are 4 inches wide, 4 inches tall, and 5.5 inches deep. They actually seem to have more information on these on there ebay selling page then their actual wesite... item number 290531922450 on ebay. They have quite a lot of negative feedback on ebay which is very discouraging. What i'm looking for mostly is an angel eye setup that ISN'T just white. The fact that the set i listed changes color isn't that attractive to me, but the fact that it has color at all is appealing.

This is another option. Ebay item number 270704201794. The blueish color is something i'm interested in too with the angel eyes. I like how it also lists that they are easily compatible with HID lights which i'm planning to do as well. So what i'm asking is : am i barking up the wrong tree? Is this going to be something extremely difficult to accomplish? How hard will they be to fit?

Thanks a lot!

^^Was actually looking to do something like that on my lightning. I want to retro fit a HID projector, but withen the stock housings. Problem is depth.

If your looking to do this on a Firebolt, and just want Angle eyes, there's several places to get just Angle eyes to fit over the existing Firebolt projectors.

Not a firebolt! Im hoping to do it with the lightning. Is it possible to modify my existing headlight housing to get something like these to fit? Depth is about 4.75 inches for the red projector ones

I have a couple ideas I'll share. Give me a couple hours, I have pictures and links when I get home I'll post.

Essentially adding real projectors inside of the existing stock housings. They have angle eyes and are real HID projectors. Another cool thing is they are bi-xenon so BOTH lights on low beam and BOTH lights on high beam as well. They use a solenoid activated cut off, so flicking your high beams on and off isn't a problem because the bulbs are always on. I still would run a on timer though.

that sounds great! I appreciate you sharing you sharing your thoughts! My main concern with the projectors aren't functionality actually, but looks. I intend on also buying a HID conversion kit as well to help the lighting. Looking forward to your pics and links
